Official stuff Our foundations In 2012 a feasibility study was conducted to assess support for establishing a new countryside trust in Argyll. Of the 350 groups and individuals consulted, 89% were in full support of creating Argyll and the Isles Coast and Countryside Trust. This is helping us to develop our business model from start-up charity to fully functioning social enterprise. Its a reflection on our achievements to date, the increasing pressure of climate change, the awareness of natural capital and its potential, and ACT's own ability to meet these challenges.
