Our work Current projects ACT Ecology ACT are now pleased to offer the environmental consultancy services ACT Ecology as part of our work on the Isles of Islay and Jura. Through our work for the past 6 years in both the CANN project and our recently launched ACT Peatland Initiative, we have built a wealth of experience in delivering monitoring and habitat restoration of the islands. We wish to put these skills to use beyond our current projects to deliver a service for the ever growing demand for reliable, knowledgeable consultation in the local landscape. We have a wide-ranging skillset with expertise in: Peatland habitats and their management – peat depth surveys, site condition assessments, herbivore impact assessments and more. Invasive species – advice on removal, overseeing projects, future management plans. Ornithological monitoring – breeding bird and vantage points surveys. And much more Whether your enquiry be for planning applications, land management or research purposes, please email us on [email protected] with details of requirements to see how we can help.
